This July, artists Adam Bridgland and Lucy Gough will present new works in our Visitor Centre at 184 Gwydir Street as part of Cambridge Open Studios. The works will respond to the House and Cambridge.
The Visitor Centre will be open and free for visitors every Saturday in July. Adam and Lucy will be joining us on the 1st and 3rd weekends on the 6th and 20th July.
There will be new works, live printing and the unveiling of a new sculpture commissioned for the house garden.
The house has been saved by a dedicated team of workers, volunteers and generous donors. Now we are crafting its future.
As an independent charity the only way for us to share the stories of the house is to build up our endowment so we can continue to work with visitors, volunteers and our community.

In April 2021 National Lottery Heritage Fund matched every pound we had raised to create a £1 million endowment. We are open for tours on a Thursday and Saturday. Private tours can be arranged on a Wednesday or Friday, and we are also very happy to discuss creating a bespoke group tour with a talk, slideshow and refreshments.
